Questions and Answers

Yes, they will need to own their own guitar.  We have a page with information that may help when deciding what guitar to buy.  If there are any questions regarding this or anything else please don't hesitate to ask.

All lessons are 30 mins long but we allow 45 mins per session as we don't want you child to feel rushed in any way.  A 30 min session great for a younger player as their concentration levels are good, they don't have time to get bored or distracted but still have time to recap from the last lesson, learn new skills and practice playing to a track at the end of the lesson.

We have a small guitar studio  in Southwick which is suitable for 2-4 people. It is possible to come to your house to teach if you prefer.

We welcome and encourage parents to sit in, it really is fantastic to see your child progress and having fun.  Of course we realise that at times this may not be possible.  We are fully DBS checked and you are welcome to inspect the DBS documents.

Payment is by bank transfer one week in advance.  We offer a discount for monthly payments.

Its not a problem as long as you let us have 24 hours notice.  We will give you a credit for a lesson which has to be taken one month from the missed lesson. Don't worry we will find a time to fit you in.

If for some reason we have to cancel a lesson you will be given a credit lesson to be taken within a 3 month period from the date of the cancelled lesson.  We will try our hardest not to cancel any lessons.

We cover a variety of styles, including pop, rock and blues, ensuring that learning is both engaging and fun. Whatever music your child has a passion for will be the music we will concentrate on.  The music we teach will motivate and encourage your child to learn as it will be fun !
